Know how to reverse this problem, where to go for help, applying self care.
Exercising through out the Day! AKA - LTPA Leisure Time Physical Activity - there are studies now to prove even when we do have an exercise period - it is critical to the prevention of metabolic syndrom & chronic illness to get physical activity through out the day.

However, this is ony a very small part, and we need to understand why many other contributing factors must be addressed in order to attain permanent fat loss.
